Start with a swing pass to get the keeper from playing on-ball defense. 

Ideally, start with loaded beater on same side as quaffle so that unloaded beater can go in with quaffle receiver who can drive. 

Unloaded beater is to be ready to attack loaded beater at same time as chasers, regardless of where they are initiating the play. 

Chasers use pump fakes to shift defence a bit and not telegraph passes.
